Once the sequence of tests is completed, an audible signal will be given.
The test
results are written into the non-volatile memory. If any of the test results is beyond the
permissible limits and either “Continue test with reject” or “Save test data with reject”
parameter is disabled, the results are not written into memory.
Once performance of tests is completed, the same string can be repeatedly tested with
rewriting data in the same area of memory. Retesting starts by pressing the “.” (point)
button.
5. Interaction of the Tester with PC
The Tester is connected to the personal computer (PC) via USB interface. Interaction
with PC is maintained on-line by the Microsoft Windows family operating systems.
PC connection requires the following operations:
Rewriting the test and self-diagnostics results to the PC hard disk drive;
Update of the Tester firmware.
All necessary programs are stored on the compact disk included in delivery. The disk
has the following structure:

Copy the content of the compact disk to the PC hard disk drive. From now on it is
assumed that the [Tester] folder and all its content have been copied to the logical disk
C. The User can copy this folder to any logical disk of PC and rename it. The only
requirement is that the folder name should not contain Cyrillic and special characters.
The above disk structure may have insignificant differences. Thus, the [Documents] and
[Programs] folders may contain some other files required for operation.
