System function extension port 1 schemata
The relationship between the system power-on interface and the system power-on
input expansion interface is shown in the following figure. The two switches are
in parallel relationship. The power-on switch uses the reset button. Power on
sequence of robot system: Connect 220VAC input and power supply
→

power-on button
→
Control system power-on
→
Press teaching pendant soft
power-on button
→
robot power-on; System power- Soft power off button
→
robot power-off
→
press the power button off (or use the teach pendant software
interface power)
→
control system power off
→
disconnect 220VAC input.
Do NOT disconnect the 220VAC power supply
directly.
The emergency stop input interface is a normally closed interface. If the
emergency stop button is pressed, the emergency stop switch is off and the system
executes the emergency stop response action and outputs 24V in the emergency
stop status feedback output interface.
