The two fields undertake the following meaning:
constant
The characters ASCII (from ASCII 65 to ASCII 90 ) which express the meaning of the
following field "
VALUE"

value
A numerical value which represents the characteristics of the parameter being
examined. Such characteristic may be
value of the parameter of measurement, a
special code, a special state etc…
The following table provides a description of the values which the field
