ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
The following tools will be needed to assemble your hoist.
You may use Air, Battery, Electric, or
Hand tools to complete the hoist assembly.
Sockets or open/box end wrenches; 9/16” and 3/4”
A soft headed Hammer
Tapered Alignment Punch
Tape Measure
Remove all hardware items and parts from the hardware box and sort by size. Break all bundles
containing the hoist parts and sort by item
With all the components sorted start the
assembly by inserting the leg weldment into
the corner post weldment (
see page 3 for
information detailing winch post and corner
post
) and secure with the pin with the square
spring retainer. Continue this process on the
remaining corner post weldments and also the
winch post weldment.
