SCHEDULE
Lubrication
Before operating the MC60RD (887738) or
MC72RD (887739) mower, make sure it has
been properly lubricated according to the
illustrated chart below.
Always wipe the fitting to be lubricated with a
clean cloth before using a grease gun. Dirt
injected thru the fitting will damage closely
machined parts.
Use an SAE multipurpose lithium base grease on
all lube locations shown. Do not let excess
grease buildup on or around parts, especially
when the mower is used in sandy areas.
Gearbox Oil
The Gearbox oil level should be even with the
bottom edge of the filler plug hole. Make sure the
cutter is level and fill with the following grease or
oil.
NH #9821006 grease, or any “pour” consistency
EP grease.
Tire Pressures
Front Tractor Tires 10 psi (0.7 kg/cm)
Rear Tractor Tires 12 psi (0.8 kg/cm)
Front Gauge Wheel Tires 14 psi (1.0 kg/cm)
