INSTRUCTIONS
1 lb 93% lean ground beef
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1. In large bowl, thoroughly mix ground beef and
seasoning.
2. Shape into 4 burgers 1/2-inch thick.
3. Place burgers on rack, sprinkle with additional
Cajun seasoning, if desired.
4. Once oven is preheated, place rack in the baking
tray on upper level to begin cooking.
