The Japan Export Administration
Regulations (“Foreign Exchange and
International Trade Law” and its related
laws) will be applied to this product and its
accessories under certain conditions. The
Export Administration Regulations are also
applied. To export or reexport this terminal
and its accessories, conduct all legally
required procedures at your own risk and
expense. For details on the procedures,
contact the Ministry of Economy, Trade and
Industry or the US Department of Commerce.
Data with third party copyrights such as text,
images, music and software that is downloaded
or acquired via Internet web pages, shot by the
FOMA terminal or acquired from TV or other
video cannot be duplicated, altered or publicly
transmitted without rightful party’s consent. Only
duplicating, quoting, etc. for personal use is
permitted under copyright laws.
Even if for personal use, filming and recording
may be prohibited for demonstrations,
performances and exhibitions.
Also, shooting another’s image or posting
another’s image on Internet web pages without
their consent may constitute a violation of one’s
right to their image.
The World Health Organization has stated that
present scientific information does not indicate the
need for any special precautions for the use of
mobile devices. They note that if you want to
reduce your exposure then you can do so by
limiting the length of calls or using a hands-free
device to keep the mobile phone away from the
head.
