XII ADVANCED FEATURES

If the remote machine has no confidential reception capability, if its memory
is full, or if it is not a Sharp-brand machine, “NO CONF FUNCTION” will ap-

pear in the display, and the machine will return to the STAND-BY mode.

Confidential transmission cannot take place without recording paper in

machine.

Confidential transmission can also take place at a later time unattended us-

ing the timer. (See “Timer Confidential Transmission’: p.86.)
