XI. VOICE COMMUNICATION

1. Normal Dialing Using Handset

Pick up the handset and make sure that the

dial tone is heard

2. Dial the telephone number by:

Entering a full telephone number at the

keypad.

Pressing a Rapid key.

Pressing the SPEED key and entering a

2-digit Speed-Dial Code.

Pressing the

key if number is

busy.

3. Speak with the person on the other end of

the line when they answer the call.

4. When conversation is completed, hang-up

the handset.
