SIA Video Downlook Protocol:
DRL2A v1.8 supports the SIA Video block (available on the
DSC PC1575, DSC PC5010 and DSC PC5015. In order to
enable proper decoding, option 31 (SIA option) and option
4E (Downlook opiton) must be enabled. The video signal
will be sent to the computer as follows:
