7.2 Error list
The following table helps you with troubleshooting:

EMC influence Check shielding of data lines and improve, if
necessary.
Incorrect type (cyclical) for
acyclical data traffic, proto-
col period between the in-
dividual telegrams is longer
than the timeout set. Check number of MOVIMOT ® drives connec-
ted to the master. If a timeout period of 1 s, for
example, a maximum of 8 MOVIMOT
® drives
may be connected as slaves with cyclical com-
munication.
Reduce telegram cycle, increase timeout peri-
od or select telegram type "acyclic".
– Supply voltage not
present
(motor stops, without

DC link voltage too high,
supply system off has been
recognized
Check power cables and line voltage for inter-
ruption.
– 24 V supply not
available
