DANGER
Danger due to fatal electric shocks when working at energized lines
Fatal or severe injuries
•
Contacts of the wire connections, mains, motors and control system (X2, X1) can
carry life threatening voltages if the control system is connected to the mains. There-
fore, disconnect the control system from the voltage before you perform any work on
it.
•
All control terminals are only insulated on a basic level (single insulating distance)
after connecting a PTC thermistor or a thermal switch (opener). In case of a defec-
tive insulating distance, the contact safety is guaranteed through external measures,
e.g. dual insulation
•
The control system must be grounded through X1!
NOTICE
Danger of damaging the external data storage in case of wrong handling
Destruction and malfunction of the external data storage
•
Hard mechanical stresses (shocks, hits, bending) can damage the data storage.
•
During transport, storage and installation, the external data storage must always be
disconnected from the vehicle control system. Connect the external data storage
only shortly before commissioning.
Information about the EMERGENCY STOP device
During electrical installation, requirements for an EMERGENCY STOP device must be
observed.
This must be planned and executed by the system manufacturer.
The operator must regularly check the EMERGENCY STOP device function.
Please note the applicable standards, regulations, etc., in the currently valid version.
