Switch on inputs 1, 2 and 3. Then switch on input 4.
The motor rotates at the highest speed setting.

Switch off inputs 1, 2 and 3. Then switch input 4 off and on again.
The motor stops.

Switch off input 4. (All input switches are now off)

speeds by on different input switches.
