top of the supported gases list, at which point the arrow on the screen
will turn red. Hit the Up arrow key one more time and the screens will
toggle between Supported Gases and Template. Note that the red
arrow key is displayed only when the top item is selected in the
"Supported Gases" or "Templates" screen.
3. Use the Up and Down arrow keys to highlight a template from the list.
4. Use the Right arrow key to select a particular template which
populates the Sample Gas Mixture table in the Supported Gases
display.
5. Edit the contents of the mixture as described in Section 7.4.1.1.1 and in
Section 7.4.1.1.2.
6. Rename the template if desired as described in Section 7.4.1.2.1.1.
7. To use the edited template, but not rename it, navigate with the Next
key to the Accept button and hit enter.
7.4.1.2.4 Deleting an existing template
1) The GSF Template screen displays available user-defined templates (up to
30 are allowed). Use the Up and Down arrow keys to highlight a template
from the list and to display the recipe (gases, percentages) in the table to
the right of the template list.
2) Use the Left arrow to delete a template from the table. Deletion of a
template prompts a confirmation.
7.4.2 Isolate Analyzer – Optional

Isolate Analyzer allows the internal gas lines and the moisture sensing cell volume
to be isolated in the case of an impending break in the external delivery lines. It is
also considered the first step in the shut down procedure. Highlight this item and
hit the
Enter
key to initiate the isolation process. The Isolate Warning shown in
Figure 20 will appear for 40 seconds.
