Preparation

Defrost the raspberries for 10 minutes in the microwave, in defrost mode.

Pour them into the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and blend on speed 1
to obtain a consistent
coulis.

Strain the coulis through a fine sieve to remove the pips.
STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
1 lime
500 g of strawberries
1 Greek yoghurt (150 g)
10 cl of cold milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation

Cut 4 slices of lime and keep them for later. Squeeze the remaining lime juice. Rinse the strawberries
and hull them.

Blend them with the lime on speed 1
.

Blend the puréed strawberries again with the Greek yoghurt, milk and sugar on speed 1
.

Pour the mixture in 4 glasses and put in the fridge for 2 hrs.

When serving, cut the slices of lime and place them on the edge of the glasses.
KIWI-APPLE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
4 kiwis
2 "Granny Smith" apples
Juice of one orange
1 spoon of sweet single cream
Preparation

Remove the pips from the apples, peel the kiwis. Chop them into chunks.

In a bowl, blend the fruit on speed 2
for 2 to 3 minutes with the orange juice until you get a creamy
consistency.

Pour into a bowl and serve well chilled.

You can be add some whipped cream on top and serve in a shot glass.
