H. CALL FORWARDING SCHEDULE (STEP 18)

Program a calls to be forwarded during specific times on specific days.

Format

18 + day of the week + starting time + ending time + holiday “#”.

•

The day of the week is one digit long:
1 = Sunday
2 = Monday
3 = Tuesday
4 = Wednesday
5 = Thursday
6 = Friday
7 = Saturday
8 = Holidays

•

The starting and ending times must be four digits long, in 24-hour format

•

The holiday option is one digit long:
0 = No schedule on holidays
1 = Use same schedule on holidays
2 = Use schedule number 8 when this day falls on a programmed holiday

Example

18 + 2 + 0900 + 1800 + 0 + #
(sets the Call Forwarding schedule for Mondays to forward all visitor calls between the
hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM).
