Configuring the conference system

To set the fill style for a drawing object:

From the “Format” menu, choose “Fill Style”.
Set the fill style of a drawing object.

Solid: solid fill

Horizontal Line: horiziontal lines

Vertical Line: vertical lines

Downward Diagonal: downward diagonal lines

Upward Diagonal: upward diagonal lines

Cross: horizontal and vertical cross lines

Diagonal Cross: diagonally crossed lines
To set a foreground color for drawing objects:

From the “Format” menu, choose “Foreground Color”.
The color palette opens.

Set the foreground color for drawing objects by clicking the desired
color on the color palette or define your own color.
To set a fill color for drawing objects:

From the “Format” menu, choose “Fill Color”.
The color palette opens.

To select the font type for a text object:

From the “Format” menu, choose “Font”.
A window for selecting the font type appears.
To resize the background picture:

From the “Effect” menu, choose “Resize”.

Select the scaling type.

Both: the aspect ratio is kept constant

Width: scales the width of the picture

Height: scales the height of the picture

Select the desired scaling factor (in percent).
The background picture is resized and the drawing object are either
streched or compressed.
