TROUBLE-SHOOTING
The following table is a guide to solving problems. If you are unsuccessful at solving the problem
with the help of the following table, contact a specialised service centre.

The air-conditioner is not
working.
Has there been a power failure?
Has the plug fallen out of the socket?
Has the circuit breaker fallen out or the fuse
burnt?
Are there any barriers in the room or
devices, which could interfere with the
signal emitted by the remote control?
The remote control is not
working and the display
shows no data.
Check to see whether or not the batteries
are dead.
Check to see whether or not the batteries
are inserted correctly.
The unit does not turn on
immediately upon pressing
the key (Power on/off).
When switching from cool
mode to heat mode or
vice versa, cold or hot air
does not start to circulate
immediately from the unit.

The fan does not come
to a complete stop upon
turning the unit off.
Turn the air-conditioner on again
and then turn it off.
The cooling and heating
output is not sufficient.
Have you set the correct temperature?
Are the filters clean?
Are the interior and exterior air input and

Are you using SLEEP mode during the day?
Is the fan of the interior unit set on slow
mode?
Are the doors and windows closed?
Upon setting HEAT mode,
no air begins to circulate
from the unit.
Please wait for several minutes.
There has been a power

before at the time of the
