Managing the Call List

READ : displays the telephone number of the selected contact and if it is a private or public number and if it
has or not an associated direct button and a ring.
MODIFY : changes all the data of the selected contact.
DELETE : removes the selected contact from the private address book.
8.9. Managing the Call List
Access the call list by pressing the softkey CALL REG. where the last 10 missed, received and made calls
are chronologically ordered from the most recent to the oldest.
From headset mode , to access the call list press softkey MENU and scroll the menu up to CALL
REGISTER .
The number of missed calls is displayed on the last row of the phone screen, until they will be controlled.
Only the last call missed, received or made from/to the same Caller-ID is stored by the system.
From the Call List, the following operations are possible, by pressing softkey SELECT:
• Call
• Read
• Delete
• Store
CALL : allow to make the call towards the selected number, simply by pressing softkey CALL or by lifting
the handset.
READ : display the telephone number of the caller, if it is internal or external (E or I), time and date of the
DELETE : cancel the selected telephone number from the list.
STORE : memorize the selected telephone number, in the personal address book.
8.10. Additional options
This paragraph describes the OPTIONS menu which provides some additional features to manage the
data of the IP phone.
1. Press softkey MENU
2. scroll the menu up to
OPTIONS
3. press softkey SELECT
4. select one of the items:
• Password (see paragraph Customizing your password )
• Delete lists
• Delete data
• Delete keys
• Filter
5. confirm the selection by pressing softkey SET
6. press softkey BACK to return to main menu.
