8.5.4. Changing the class of service of your phone
The user can modify his own class of service in the following way.
To:
You have to:
Modify the class of
service
Setting
1. press softkey
SERVICES
2. select
CLASS OF SERVICE
3. press softkey SELECT
4. choose the class (1 - 2 - 3) with UP and DOWN arrows
5. press softkey SELECT
6. enter your own password (default “
your-telephone-number
”)
7. press softkey OK to send to the system the new setting and wait for
the result of the operation on the phone screen
8. to return to the main menu, press softkey BACK and EXIT or wait
until the timer elapses
9. the class of service is displayed on the screen, when it is in stand-by.
Note.
The letter near the class (i.e. 1A) means:
A
= Area (the class has
been changed by SAMBuilder application) and
U
= User (the class
has been changed by the user).
