5 OPERATION
5.1 Preparation
• Moist food must be dried thoroughly before cooking.
• Cut food into small pieces to decrease cooking time.
• Never pour oil into the provided accessories of the multi functional
air fryer. However you may sprinkle a little bit of oil onto fresh French
fries or potato wedges.
• Flavour food only after the cooking process, not when food is inside
the multifunctional air fryer. This prevents the device from damage.
• Food can now be pierced onto the grill spit or skewers, put into the
frying basket or put onto the mesh racks.
5.2 Insertion of frying basket, chicken fork and rotisserie into
the device
1. Open the door (12) with the handle (13).
2. Insert the accessory, filled with food, into the multifunctional air fryer.
3. Insert first the left hand side of the rotating frying basket (2) or of
the grill spit (4) into the provided deepening of the rotisserie shaft
which is located on the left hand side inside the multifunctional
air fryer – see figure 8.

4. Ensure that the spit is positioned properly in the rotisserie shaft
to ensure a smooth rotation.
