3.3.4 Chicken fork
• Use the chicken fork to cook grilled chicken or roast.
• Pierce the food (chicken or roast) along the grill spit (4).
• Affix on left and right end of the grill spit (4) the chicken forks (3) and
screw them together with the locking screws (10) on each side end
of the meat piece. Make sure that the chicken forks are not placed
over the markings.
• The size of the chicken or meat piece should not be too large to
ensure a smooth rotation of the grill spit (max. weight 2 kg).
