Figure 3: Assembling the Rotisserie
• Pierce the food (meat, fish or vegetables) onto the skewers (7).
• Place the rear sharp ends of the skewers (7) into the left hand side
rack (6) – see figure 4.
• Press the upper round skewer heads (7) together to insert them into
the right hand side rack of the rotisserie (6).
• Now dismantle the clip of the skewers (7) so that they are tightly
fixed with the side rack – see figure 5.
