NOTE: It is extremely important to assure that
the flanges are properly aligned before the bolts

are tightened and kept in alignment as the

hardware is aligned. This is necessary for the

inside clearance and the outside aesthetic

appearance of the radome. Please note this

picture shown good alignment as observed from
inside the radome and below a flange with bad

alignment.

Open each seam wide enough to install

a good bead of silicone caulk. Working

from top to bottom apply Loctite to

and then firmly tighten all of the bolts
in that seam (smaller dual beads of

caulking can be applied from outside

and inside if you prefer).
