THE LOCAL ALERT INTERFACE
1. Message Type
This line will either indicate a notification or sensor message.
2. Device
The name of the sensor in Scigiene Premier.
3. Message
For notifications, these three lines will contain a custom or auto-generated message
identifying the notification. For sensor messages, these three lines will contain the sensor
data. These messages can be up to 63 characters long, beyond that the message will be
clipped.
4. Time
The time the notification or sensor message was generated. This will align with the
account time zone.
5. Sound
When this icon is present, the buzzer alarm is enabled.
6. Lights
When this icon is present, the LED alarm is enabled.
7. Screen
When this icon is present, text LCD alarms are enabled.
8. Messages
The left number indicates the current message being displayed. The right number
indicates how many total messages are on the Local Alert.
9. Signal Strength
This icon indicates the signal strength between the ALTA Gateway and the Local Alert
with up to four bars. Each bar indicates 25%. If there is a small x appearing above the
signal bars, there is less than 0% signal strength. If the signal bars are replaced with a
large X, the Local Alert is not connected to a gateway and will be unable to receive new
messages from Scigiene Premier.
10. Battery
This icon indicates the battery level of the Local Alert. There are six bars or three pairs of
bars. Each bar represents 16%. At 0% there will be 0 bars.
11. Time
Current time in military format with hours and minutes. The time zone is a configuration
matched to the time zone of the Local Alert's account. This configuration is sent when any
configuration is set in Scigiene Premier, then saved.
