1.
Tilt the machine (

Gently tap with a lump hammer to loosen the
tools [50, Fig. O] from the tool
mount [51, Fig. O] and then remove.
3.
Insert new tools into the recess [49, Fig. O] of
the tool mount and press firmly in the direction
of the arrow (use lump hammer in the direction
of the arrow if necessary).

4.5 Cleaning the machine

suitable agents.

4.5.1 Checking/Cleaning/Exchanging ventilation filters
To safeguard cooling of the electrical components,
the 2 ventilation filters need to be cleaned if heavily
soiled.
1.
Remove both covers [54, Fig. Q]
(8 screws each,
!
arrows).
2.
Open both filter lids [55, Fig. Q].
3.
Check both filters [56, Fig. Q] and clean if heav
ily soiled.
4.
Close both filter lids.
5.
Mount both covers (8 screws each).
4.6 Checking electrical components
Only suitably knowledgeable, qualified profes
sional electricians may perform work on any
electrical parts of the machine!
Risk of fire due to faulty electrical cables! Check
the mains cable and power plug regularly for
functional safety!
4.7 Final tasks
Either shut down the machine:
a.
Disconnect the power plug [37, Fig. E] from
the mains.
b.
Disconnect the dust extraction [36, Fig. E]
from the machine.
c.
If necessary, open the manual valve
[42, Fig. A] and empty the tank.
d.
Swivel both weight elements to the
standard position A

e.
Reduce the projection if necessary:
Adjust the guide bar forwards (over the
grinding unit [11, Fig. P]

5 Acceptance and transportation
Observe the safety instructions in Chapter 2!
5.1 Machine acceptance
The machine is delivered in a complete and pack
aged condition from the manufacturer.
1.
Unpack the machine and check the enclosed
delivery slip to make sure all parts have been
delivered.
2.
Check for any transportation damage.
In case of damage, contact the transport com
pany promptly!
Report any problems to the manufacturer imme
diately!
Complaints at a later date cannot be acknowl
edged!
5.2 Transporting the machine
Risk of injury from heavy loads!
Suspended loads can fall or tip over, causing
serious injuries!
Do not stand under suspended loads!
Never reach beneath the load while it is being
lowered!
Lift the load only as high as necessary!
Prevent the load from swinging back and forth!
Keep sufficient safety distance!
