Der Greifer LMG 64 verfügt über einen bodenseitigen
Direktanschluss. Verwenden Sie die mitgelieferten O-Ringe
Ø 4 x 1.5 aus dem Beipack, zwischen Greifer und Adapterplatte.
Integrieren Sie die Drosselrückschlagventile (kundenseitig) an
einer geeigneten Stelle in der Druckversorgung des Greifers.
Da der Greifer einen internen Druckfedersatz enthält kann er
auch nur einfach beaufschlagt werden. In diesen Fall kann eine
Schnellentlüftung angebracht werden.
Hinweis für lebensmittelgerechte Ausführung:
Die Schnellentlüftung darf nicht direkt am Greifer ange-
bracht werden, um eine Kontaminierung des Lebensmittels
zu verhindern.
ACHTUNG !
Stellen Sie die Geschwindigkeit des LMG 64 mit Hilfe
von Drosselrückschlagventilen so ein, dass sich der
Greifer ruhig und stoßfrei öffnet und schließt!
7.
Öffnungswinkelbegrenzung
Der Greifer LMG 64 hat einen einstellbaren Öffnungswinkel von
20° bis 180°. Der Öffnungswinkel kann vor Auslieferung je nach
Kundenanforderung eingestellt werden.
A direction connection is located in the base of the LMG 64
gripper. Use the supplied O-rings Ø 4 x 1.5 from the enclosed
pack between the gripper and the adapter plate. Integrate the
one-way flow control valves (provided by customer) at a suitable
location in the gripper pressure supply.
As the gripper contains an internal set of compression springs, it
has only single pressurization. In this case, a quick exhaust can
be fitted.
Notes on suitable procedure for the food industry:
To prevent any contamination of foodstuffs, the quick
exhaust must not be fitted directly to the gripper.
CAUTION!
With the aid of one-way flow control valves, adjust
the speed of the LMG 64 gripper in such a way that
the gripper opens and closes quietly and without
jolts!

Opening Angle Limitation
The LMG 64 gripper has an adjustable opening angle of 20° to
180°. This opening angle can be set in accordance with
customers’ wishes prior to delivery.

Einstellung des Öffnungswinkels:
Stellen Sie mit Hilfe der Verstellschraube DIN EN ISO 4017 M4 x
20 mm Ihren gewünschten Öffnungswinkel ein.
1.
Stellen sie den Greifer auf Position „ZU“.
2.
Entfernen Sie die Abdeckkappen und die sechs Schrauben
und heben Sie den Deckel ab.
Alle am Greifer verbauten Abdeckkappen entsprechen dem
Code of Federal Regulations, Band 21, § 177.2470
»Polyoxymethylene copolymer«, § 178.2010 »Antioxidants
and Stabilizers« der FDA/USA. Der Hersteller der Abdeck-
kappen ist für die richtige Materialzusammensetzung,
Funktion und Zertifizierung verantwortlich.
Adjusting the opening angle:
Set the opening angle you require with the aid of the setting
screw DIN EN ISO 4017 M4 x 20 mm.

Set the gripper to the “CLOSED” position.
2.
Remove the caps and the six screws and lift off the cover.
All caps fitted to the gripper conform to the Code of Federal
Regulations, Vol. 21, § 177.2470 »Polyoxymethylene copoly-
mer«, § 178.2010 »Antioxidants and Stabilizers« of
the FDA, USA. The manufacturer of the caps is responsible
for
the
correct
material
composition,
function
and
certification.
