HINWEIS:
– Öffnen Sie nur die von Ihnen benötigten Anschlüsse und ver-
schließen Sie die ungenutzten Luftzuführungen mit geeigneten
Blindstopfen.
– Für die schlauchlose Montage werden die O-Ringe aus dem
Beipack verwendet.
– Druckmittel: Druckluft
Anforderung an die Druckluftqualität nach ISO 8573-1: 6 4 4.
NOTE:
– The air connections required should be open only. Please
close the air feedings which are not used by a suitable blind
plug.
– For assembly without hoses O-rings out of the little plastic bag
are used.
– Pressure medium: compressed air
Standard for quality of the compressed air according to ISO
8573-1: 6 4 4.

Problemanalyse
Der Greifer bewegt sich nicht:
– Energieversorgung überprüfen
– Anschlüsse vertauscht
– Steuerimpuls fehlt
– Belastung zu groß
– Näherungsschalter defekt
– Nicht benötigte Anschlüsse nicht verschlossen
Der Greifer bleibt ohne äußere Einwirkung in einer Zwischen-
stellung stehen:
– Der Greifer muss zur Überprüfung ins Werk zurück
Leistungsverlust (Druckverlust):
– Dichtungen überprüfen
– Leitungsdruck überprüfen
Der Greifer macht nicht den vollen Hub:
– Schmutz zwischen Abdeckblech, Kolben und Grundbacke

Trouble shooting
Gripper does not move:
– Check energy supply
– Connections were mixed up
– No control pulse
– The pay load ist too high
– The Proximity switch is damaged
– Unnselt Air connections are not used are not sealed
Gripper stops in an intermediate position without external
influence:
– The gripper has to be sent back to SCHUNK for inspection
Power loss (Loss of pressure):
– Check seals
– Check operating pressure
Gripper does not make full stroke:
– There is Dirt between the cover plate, piston and base jaw
