a) Devices without a filter monitor
Connect the D-SUB plug to Schüco VentoTherm. Tighten
the screws of the D-SUB plug by hand. Connect the IEC
connector.
b) Devices with a filter monitor.
For devices with a filter monitor, reset the operating hours
meter after changing the incoming air filter.
Connect the D-SUB plug to Schüco VentoTherm. Tighten
the screws of the D-SUB plug by hand. Connect the IEC
connector.
Hold the push button down to reset the operating hours
and connect the IEC connector.
c) For devices with a filter monitor with a serial
number > 2000
For devices with a serial number > 2000, press down the
reset button for 5 seconds to reset the operating hours
meter.
9. Push the cover back onto the device.
8.3 Changing the fuse
Warning
The device must be voltage-free before changing the fuse.
The IEC connector is protected by a 2A microfuse.
If the fuse has tripped, change the fuse once the cause has
been removed.
Switch the device off.
Disconnect the device from the mains supply by remo -
ving the IEC connector.
Pull out the fuse compartment.
Remove the used fuse and replace it with a new fuse.

Fuse compartment
The device is supplied with a replacement fuse in the fuse
compartment.
8.4 Cleaning
The surfaces of the cover can be wiped clean using a
damp cloth. Cleaning products that contain solvents must
not be used.
8.5 Further maintenance work
For further maintenance work and repairs, e.g. replacing
the fans, Schüco VentoTherm must be sent to the service
department. Only service personnel are authorised to carry
out the necesssary work.
