3  Description 

 

3.1  Components of the Lifting Device

3.2  Controls 

 

Motor switch 

Switches the vacuum pump on and off. 

 

Manual valve on the 
operator handle 

For picking up and releasing the load: 

 

Push to the right 

= Pick up and hold the load 

 

Push to the left 

= Release the load 

Before the valve can be pushed to the position "Release load ", the locking 
button must be pressed. 
 

 

 

 

3.3  Vacuum generation

Version with electric vacuum pump 

The vacuum pump generates the vacuum for the lifting device. 
The vacuum pump and the pressure regulator are set in the factory to optimum 
values and may not be adjusted by the user. 
Adjustment of the vacuum pump by unqualified persons can reduce the 
carrying capacity of the device or cause unexpected failures and can thus lead 
to accidents!
