Cutting unit
In the cutting unit the raw material is cut-
through. Generally standard V-blades are moun-
ted. The blade holders are equipped with one
blade each on top and bottom.
Outworn blades can easily be replaced, see
chapter "13.3 Blade change cutting unit
(Page 131)" .
Stacker
The produced articles are stored in batches
according to the setting in the control software.
Via the key on the stacker unit, the tray can be
for taking away the article batch, be extended to
the right out of the machine. This is a pneumatic
action.

Optional stations
Wire straightener
The wire straightener simplifies the raw material
feeding when the to be processed material is
deformed or if it is extremely rigid (solid wires).
The contact pressure can be adapted to the indi-
vidual diameters via the dials.
The evaluated contact pressure for a certain raw
material type can be read from the scale and fil-
led in to a chart for later use.
