Now run the spring and nut on the threaded rod.

Tighten the nut to the proper position as shown in Figure
7
. Make sure that the chain sits clean on
the rear sprocket and the front pulley (see pictures below). Otherwise, the threaded rod can not be
pushed far enough through the hole (Fig. 5).
