SLIDING CROSSCUT TABLE INSTALLATION
For saws ONLY: With the mounting holes aligned, thread two M10x1.5x25 cap screws (121) with two 7.
10mm lock washers (122) and two 10mm D-shaped flat washers (123) from the ICS Hardware Pack through
the sliding table into the saw table or extension wing. Only finger tighten the cap screws at this time. Position
the flat edge on the D-shaped flat washers facing downward.
For saws ONLY: With the mounting holes aligned, thread two M8x1.25x25 cap screws (106) with two 8.
8mm lock washers (107) and two 8mm flat washers (108) from the PCS/CNS Hardware Pack through the sliding
table into the mounting holes of the saw table or extension wing. Only finger tighten the cap screws at this time.
Slide the table top toward the back of the saw to expose the final mounting hole(s) and install the remaining 9.
cap screw(s), lock washer(s), and flat washer(s). Only finger tighten the cap screws at this time.
Slide the table top as necessary until only one cap screw is exposed at the front of the saw. Lay a straight 10.
edge across the sliding table top so that it extends over the top of the table saw as close to the exposed cap
screw as possible. Make sure the sliding table top is parallel to the top of the saw table and then adjust the
foot pad on the bottom of the front leg until the sliding table top is between 0.010” and 0.020” higher than the
table saw top. Tighten the exposed cap screw. Slide the table toward the front of the saw to expose one cap
screw at the back of the saw and repeat the process at this location. Recheck both ends of the table (front
and back) to make sure they are still correct. Then tighten the remaining fasteners.
Pull out the sliding table lock knob on the underside of the sliding table assembly, rotate it 90 degrees then 11.
release. Slide the table top toward the Home Position until it locks in place.
For saws ONLY: Attach the switch box assembly to the mounting bracket on the underside of the 12.
sliding table using three M6x1.0x16 cap screws, six M6 washers, three M6 lock washers and three M6 nuts
from the PCS/CNS Hardware Pack, as shown in Fig. 9 .
