To perform fast-forward, pause, and other playback operations, use the corresponding playback buttons.
On the [Playback Control] panel, click
.
Now, the video display area shows again the live video.
Right-click the video from the channel you want to back up and, in the context menu, select [Data Backup].
The [Data backup] screen appears.
Click the [Camera] button (shown as
by default) and specify the camera number for the data you want to back up.
The [Camera] button now shows the selected camera number.
In the [From] and [To] fields, specify the recording date/time range of the data you want to back up.
Set the recording date/time range to between the [Oldest Data] and [Last Data] values shown in [Remote DVR: Recording Data Information].
Setting a date/time range causes the digital video recorder to display automatically the size of the recorded data to be backed up.
In the [Target Folder] setting, select the backup-destination folder.
The system now shows the space available in the backup-destination folder.
Confirm the total size of the files you selected does not exceed the size of the available space in the backup medium.
Click .
The system starts a backup, showing its progress as a progress gauge.
When the backup process is finished, a dialog box opens, showing the backup has been finished.

To Live
You can also display the live video again by right-clicking the video and selecting [To Live Mode] in the context menu.
If you select another channel to switch the playback video during playback, the channel from which you are playing back video currently will be switched automatically
to the live video.
