PROBLEMS AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Use the following check list for troubleshooting when you have problems
with your unit. Be sure all connections are properly made when using
with other units. Contact customer service if problems persist.
OPERATION
The remote control does not function.
• Aim at the remote control at the remote sensor.
• Operate within Approx. 5 Meters or reduce the light in the room.
• Clear the path of the beam.
• The batteries are weak. Replace the batteries.
• Check the batteries are inserted correctly.
Picture Freezes
• Press the POWER button on the front of the unit to turn the unit off.
Press the power key again to turn unit back on.
• If picture is still frozen, unplug the unit from the wall, wait a few minutes
and replug the unit.
Unit does not operate in extremely cold region
• Please comply with the required temperature range when in use.
NO Power
• Assure BD Player is plugged into a functioning outlet.
• Verify power source by testing the plug used with another piece
of equipment.
• Unplug unit for one minute and replug unit
– press POWER button on the front panel.
NO PICTURE
NO Picture
• Verify that the BD is correctly hooked to other equipment
• Confirm that you have selected the proper input for the BD player
from you TV’s menu options.
• Verify that the TV connections are inputs and not output connections.
• Verify power source
• Check the BD player’s resolution ratio. For example, if the BD player is
set to 720p and the content is not 720p to picture will be displayed.
