the

flap
and
gasket
are
not
open.
Defective heat exchange on condenser/ Blocking air

by
dust,
lint
or
fins
damage
Clean
the
surface
of
the
condenser
fins
or
straighten
the
bent
fins.
Both compressor and condenser fan motors will not operate.
