Gateway Configuration
The communication gateway supports a capability to perform bulk imports and exports
of certain confi guration data parameters. The communication gateway will use the same
XML fi le format for both import and export functions. This will allow a user to confi gure
settings in one communication gateway device, export those settings into an XML fi le,
and then import the same settings into another communication gateway. The selection of
Import Confi guration
or
Export Confi guration
options invokes a series of dialogue
boxes allowing navigation on a PC to a confi guration fi le for “Import” or the saving of a
fi le for “Export.” See Figure 18.
