Note: push the button to open lid, then the button naturally stays a ready-to-close place. If the
button goes back, you should push it forward. Otherwise the lid won’t be normally closed.

VI. TROUBLE SHOOTING
If any abnormal phenomenon found, turn off the fire immediately and take the cooker to a level place
and shower the cooker with water slowly to reduce the temperature and the pressure. Find the reason
and solve the problem with the table below.

VII. MAINTENANCE
Please clean the pressure cooker, add to water and heat half an hour before first time using, by
means of cleaning bad smelling.
※ Maintenance of the whole cooker.
·Clear away the dirt.
·Then wipe off the water and keep the cooker dry.
·Don’t scrape the cooker surface with hard material such as metal to avoid abrasion.
·Don’t touch the cooker with other
kinds of metal to avoid electro
chemical corrosion.
·Don’t store food inside the cooker for
a long time.
※ Maintenance of the sealing ring
(Fig. 11):
· Remove the sealing ring from the lid. Clear away the dirt from the ring and the lid with hot water or
washing chemical preparation.
· Wipe off the water and keep the sealing ring dry.
· Put the sealing ring back to the lid. Not using the cooker to avoid the sealing ring being squeezed
(separate from the cooker lid and the cooker body).
※ Maintenance of the safely open-preventing valve, the
pressure-limiting valve
· Check the pressure limiting valve and the safety open-
preventing valve. If it is blocked;
· Clear away with the dredging needle, then wash and rinse the
pipe with water.
· Special dismantling as follows:
· The pressure-limiting valve and the steam-releasing hole: switch the pressure-limiting valve clockwise
to the position of
(Fig. 12), press down and turn clockwise to the position of
, taking out the
pressure-limiting valve, then clean them(Fig.13); reverse the lid and clean the sealing washer. After
finishing these, install them as original order.
Pressure-limiting valve should turn to the corner to avoid fly off and hurt people.
※ Pressure-limiting valve just can be switched to
when need cleaning.
Safety open-preventing valve: switch anti-clockwise safety valve with spanner, then dismantle it. Then
clean it. In order not to influence the pressure and lose the safety valve’s function, please do not take
apart the safety valve’ s accessories for cleaning.
※Caution
1. Don’t lose small parts such as pressure-limiting valve. There is no problem if the color of
the sealing ring changed. It is suggested to change the sealing ring once in one or two years
according the usage frequency. But it must be changed immediately if there is any damage or
shape changing. Please contact your dealer or the sales department of our company for the
replacement parts. Never use substitutes.
2. The way of deposit: put the body and lid separately in shade and cool place
3. The maintaince of pressure cooker must be made by specialized person.
