4.3.19. To measure the time to the
target
a) Use the cursor function.
b) In needs the input of own ship’s speed data from
external navigation equipment.
In case of connecting to external
navigational equipments, values ‘bearing,
distance, time, lon/lat’ are shown from the
own ship to the cursor in
CRS
Data of the
bottom-right.
Move the cursor to a target by bearing
button and get the data.
The cursor / data are disappeared in PPI
screen.
4.3.20. To display the Waypoint
To use this function, it needs the input of bearing
data, distance data to go waypoint and own ship’s
speed data on the indicator.

4.3.21. To display the other ship’s
track line
a) It can ascertain the other ship’s movement in
track line distance and direction and it facilitates
to avoid collision of the ship.
b) The lomger target track line is displayed, the
faster the other ship’s speed is. The shorter, the
slower.
c) The length of the track line is displayed “Short,
Long”.
