10.2 PID Group Setting
10.2.1 PID Group Setup Screen
▶
This screen can set detail items for each PID Group.
▶
PID Group 1 ~ 6 to setup.
①
Proportion(P) Area : It controls toward reducing the deviation between SP and PV.
☞
When P has big value, PV reaches to SP quickly, but it may have bad influence to control because of
fluctuation in Output(MV).
☞
When P has small value, PV reaches to SP slowly in stable way, but there is remnant deviation
potential.
②
Integral(I) Time : Long I time will cause small MV and it takes longer time to reach SP. Shorter I time will
cause bigger MV and it takes shorter time to reach SP.
☞
I operation can remove the remnant deviation which is generated in P operation.
☞
There is possibility of uncontrollable situation when I time is too short.
③
Differential(D) Time : It calculate MV which corresponds to the change rate of deviation(PV-SP) to
suppress the change in deviation(PV-SP).
☞
It speeds up the time to reach SP, and has effect to suppress sudden change or disturbance in PV.
④
Output High Limit/Low Limit: Sets High/Low Limit or Control Output Operation Range.
☞
Change in Output High/Low Limit will be applied to Auto Tuning Output(MV).
☞
When control output type is SSR, it operates with 100% output value regardless of the Output High/
Low Limit Set Value during Auto Tuning.
⑤
Compensation Value: It set the parameter to apply the manual setup value to Integral Time of PID
calculation when Integral(I) Time is “0” on PID control.
⑥
Set Hysteresis for ON/OFF Control.
