Ubigate iBG3026 Installation Manual/Ed.01

Ventilation

The fan tray assembly mounts internal to the chassis between the backplane
and the front panel of the unit. The LED card is a logic PCB that interfaces
between the processor on the main board and the fans and front panel LED
indicators.

Real-Time Clock and NVRAM

The iBG3026 real time clock and Non-Volatile RAM (NVRAM) provides two
basic functions to the router:

It provides a real-time clock so that the iBG3026 router can maintain the
correct date and time.

It provides a small block (32 KB) of battery backed up static RAM (SRAM)
storage.
