To check signal strength:

Highlight the Setup icon and press ENTER.

Highlight Setup Channels and press ENTER.

Highlight Check Signal Strength and press ENTER.

If the signal strength meter indicates that the signal is not
strong, physically adjust your antenna to increase the signal
strength. Continue to adjust the antenna until you find the
best position with the strongest signal.

When you have finished adjusting your antenna, highlight
Done and press ENTER.
Adjusting the Convergence
Samsung recommends that you check the convergence on your HDTV screen.
To check the convergence settings:

Highlight the Setup icon and press ENTER.

Highlight Adjust Convergence and press ENTER.

Check the Adjust Convergence menu for the current
status of the red and blue colors in the TV picture.
•
If your HDTV is not aligned, the colored arrows
on the screen will be out of alignment. You will need
to adjust the convergence.
•
If your HDTV is aligned, the arrows will be white and
superimposed on each other. You do not need to adjust
the convergence. Press EXIT to exit the menu.
To adjust the convergence:

Highlight one of the color buttons (Red or Blue) and
press ENTER.

Use the I-Point control to move the pointer to one of the
vertical arrows on the menu and press ENTER to select it.

Press ENTER repeatedly to move the arrow until it lines
up with the other vertical arrow and turns white.

Use the I-Point control to move the pointer to one of the
horizontal arrows on the left side of the menu and press ENTER to select it.
5
Press ENTER repeatedly to move the arrow until it lines up with the other
horizontal arrow and turns white.
6
Repeat steps 1 – 5 to adjust the remaining color, red or blue. When you
finish, press EXIT to exit the menus.
