Looking Up an Address

To identify the recipient of an e-mail, you must enter the
individuals e-mail address. You can enter the data directly in
the “To” or “CC” field, or use the “Look Up” command to
access the information in your Address Book.

Looking Up an E-mail Address

1.

Tap the Application Launcher icon on the front of your
phone.

2.

Tap “Mail”.

3.

Tap “New”.

4.

In the New Message screen, tap either the “To” or “CC”
field name to expand it.

5.

Choose from the following options:

䊳

Tap “Lookup” to display the Lookup dialog box. The

Lookup screen lists all records that contain information in
an e-mail field.

䊳

Enter the first few letters of the individual’s last name, and

tap Lookup. If the desired address is found, tap the address
entry to automatically place the address in the “To” field.

6.

Tap “Done” to exit.
