Does the 'dingdong' alarm
sound when a front panel button is
pressed?
Start
Check the Panel PCB Buzzer
and replace it if necessary.
Does the open alarm
sound when the freezer or fridge door is
opened for 2 minutes or more?

Is the buzzer of the Panel PBA
broken or bent?
If the buzzer is broken, replace
the part.
Double-check the pressure required to press
the button and for any mechanical problems.
(Check if 'door open' is detected.)

lead on the vibrating plate
of the buzzer?

③ When there is no buzzer sound.
The buzzer is attached to the Panel PBA in this model.
If the buzzer does not sound when you press a key, run the Forced Operating operation or open the door, separate the
Panel PBA and check if the buzzer is broken or improperly soldered.
(If the problem is not an improperly soldered part but a defective part, it is recommended replacing the Panel PBA
because repairing the part is difficult.)
※ Note that the problem may not be identified when the refrigerator is a built-in appliance of the house or the installation
location is very noisy.
