water - ¾ cup, japanese soy sauce - 1
tbs, salt - 1/8 tbs, kani crab - ¼ cup,
boiled shrimps - 4
Recommendations
1. Put eggs in a bowl, bleated then add evaporated milk, water and seasoning
with japanese soy sauce and salt mixed well.
2. Cook and decorate with kani crab and shrimp before serve

Spaghetti cream
sauce
450-500 g Onion - ¼ cup, water - ½ cup, cooked
ham - ½ cup, cooked spaghetti - 80 g,
salted butter - 2 tbs, bay leaves - 3, plain
four - 1 tbs, whipping cream - 100 ml,
sliced mushroom - ½ cup, salt, pepper -
¼ tbs, mozzarellas cheese - 2 tbs
Recommendations
1. Mix water and flour, then add butter,whipping cream, bay leave, chopped
onion, ham, sliced mustroom seasoning with salt & pepper
2. Cook and add mozzarella cheese stir then serve with spaghetti.

Duck eggs - 3, crane sugar - ½ cup,
coconut milk - 1 cup, pandanus leaf -
2-3, small diced pumpkins - 1 cup
Recommendations
1 Mixed egg and stir with squeezed pandanus leaf unitl have a smell of
pandanus leaf; then stir with the crane sugar. Fill out only the juice
2. Add the diced pumpkin and cook, then serve in room tempurate

Garlic bread
200-250 g French bread - 10 pieces, butter - 2 tbs,
salt - ½ tbs, garlic - 1 tbs
Recommendations
1. Mix butter salt and garlic together then spread on the bread
2. Put the bread on rack, and cook then serve.

Pork satay
200-250 g Pork meat - 250 g, satay paste - 1 tbs,
evaporated milk - 5 tbs, salt - ¼ tbs,
oyster sauce - 1 tbs, sugar - 2 tbs
Recommendations
1. Mix the marinate sauce the satay paste with oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and
evaporated milk
2. Marinate the pork meat with the marinate sauce for 15 mins put in the
bamboo stick (about 20 sticks)
3. Put on tray and cook then served with cucumber salad and satay sauce

Grilled whole chicken 900-1000
g
Whole chicken (1 kg) - 1, sugar - ½
tbs, oyster sauce - 5 tbs, soy sauce - 3
tbs, black pepper - 1 tbs, coriander - 2
roots, garlic - 2 tbs, vegetable oil - 2 tbs,
liquor - 3 tbs
Recommendations
1. Blend garlic, black pepper, and coriander root. Seasoning with sugar,
oyster sauce, soy sauce, liquor, and vegetable oil then mix together.
2. Braise the herb on the chicken and put the herb in the chicken, leave for
15-20 mins.
3. Put the marinated chicken on grill tray then cook
4. When beep is ringing, flip the chicken and cook. Take it out and serve hot
with spicy dipping
