use: PPTP (Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol), L2TP (Layer 2
Tunneling Protocol), L2TP/IPSec PSK (Pre-shared key based
L2TP/IPSec), or L2TP/IPSec CRT (Certificate based L2TP/IPSec).
