Editing a Photo
You can edit your photos using the built-in Photo editor
application on your device. The photo editor application
provides basic editing functions for photos that you take on
your device. Along with basic image tuning like brightness,
contrast, and color it also provides a wide variety of effects
used for editing the photo.

From a Home screen, touch
Apps
➔
Gallery
.

Select a folder location and touch a file to open it.

With the image displayed, touch
More options
➔
Edit
to launch the Photo Editor.

Touch and hold anywhere on the photo at any time to
see the original image before you applied any changes.

Before
label appears when you are viewing the
original image.

Touch
More options
to see the following options:
• Clipboard
: Opens your device’s clipboard.
• Share via
: Share the photo using a variety of apps on your
device.
• Set as
: Set the photo as a wallpaper, screen background, or
image for a contact.

Use the following editor controls to edit your photo:
Previous
: Moves to previous photo project.
Next
: Moves to next photo project.
Cancel
: Press this button to cancel changes and
exit the Photo Editor. You will be asked if you
would like to Save or Discard any changes that
were made.
Save
: Press this button to save the changes
made to the photo.
Adjustment
: Allows you make physical
adjustments to the photo. Includes Rotate,
Crop, and Resize options.
Tone
: Allows you to adjust color Saturation,
Brightness, Contrast, Adjust RGB,
Temperature, and Hue of a photo.
Effect
: Add various effects to your photo.
