Sub PBA ASSY is defective. 

Please replace it.

Is the voltage between Pin # 
6 and 7 of CN7 connector of 

main PBA 4.5VDC or above 

and the voltage between Pin 

# 6 and 12 pin 10.5VDC or 

above?

The main PBA is defective. 

Please replace it.
