5.1.1 Gradient characteristic
Basically, the following rule applies: a decrease in the outdoor temperature causes the flow
temperature to increase.
By varying the parameters
Gradient
and
Level
, you can adapt the characteristic to your indi-
vidual requirements:
The gradient needs to be increased
if the room temperature
drops when it is cold outside
.
The gradient needs to be decreased
if the room tempera-
ture rises when it is cold outside
.
The level needs to be increased and the gradient decreased
if the room temperature drops when it is mild outside
.
The level needs to be decreased and the gradient increased
if the room temperature rises when it is mild outside
