PGM-MODE
then
PRODUCT & INGREDIENT
then
EDIT INGREDIENT
•
For edit ingredients, enter the description of each ingredient and the cost price of the lowest usable unit.
I.e. If melons are served halved it is the cost per half of melon.
•
Once the ingredients have been entered press
CLOSE
to go back to the sub menu and select
RECIPE
TABLE
and link all the ingredients to a recipe
•
Ensure the recipe number is linked to the PLU within the
PGM-MODE
option
